The Autobiography
A Journey of Healing, Heritage and the Pursuit of Happiness
This autobiography introduces the person behind the title, the businesses, and the public image.
Dr. Malik recounts a life lived across countries, professions, and communities. The book explores how immigration, cultural identity, medical training, real estate, family responsibilities, personal setbacks, and service shaped his outlook.
At its center is a practical question: how do you build a fulfilling life while carrying the expectations, struggles, and traditions that helped form you? Dr. Malik answers through personal experience, honest reflection, and the lessons he learned while building a future for himself and helping others do the same.
“Success came through discipline, disappointment, prayer, movement, failure, adjustment, and the daily decision not to quit.”
